Absolutely awful. No staff around, all of the items on the shelves in the wrong places with the wrong prices. So apart from favourite magazines now gone from display, inability to place an order twice for it, no Xmas decorations whatsoever, staff too busy to count gum packs... Very sad state of affairs. Started a day that should have felt festive. Sad to say that many other shops and banks followed suit. If you want the high street... read full comment

Only use the post office if you absolutely have to. They're always really understaffed and the queue is always a long wait
