This office had an urgent package for me with a customs charge, but didn't post a card for it to be paid, so has returned it to USA. I have been chasing it with no luck, because RM only lets the sender know tracking details. No one can speak to anyone else in Royal Mail, even internally it seems, so nothing has any urgency... read full comment
