Website says is open until 10pm but I went to collect my parcel at 16:30 and was told to come back following day as that service wasn’t available at that time. Useless.

The Google Maps listing and the Royal Mail website both falsely claim this Post Office is open on a Sunday. This isn’t true. The Post Office branch inside the store is closed on a Sunday.
