Dismal service and staff you can't understand. Prescriptions never on time even sometimes over a week still not done. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I stupidly left my medication at home when we came on holiday to Perranporth. My doctors surgery back home gave me very mixed and confusing advice.The staff here helped me through every step and nothing I asked was a bother to them, even thought they were very busy. Waited outside til 7 past 9am whilst being able to see 4 staff thru the windows chatting, and they clearly saw us. There were at least 5 people waiting for the doors to open, and then it took til 9.15 for 4 staff to serve 2 people with prescriptions, and finally myself with an over the counter product.
