Absolute joke of a bank on holiday in Cornwall in Penzance. My dad used card machine outside where the machine decided to not return the card. Was shut cause it was a Thursday staff was inside still behind the desk and as trying to wave them down they just ignored us could of at least come to the door to say if problem...

Shut Monday and Thursdays , also, put card in cash point and card didn't come back out, people where in branch but doors where locked at 12pm. Asked for assistance and woman behind counter shrugged shoulders and wouldn't come to door. Not impressed when I've been a member for 40+ years. Horrendous service

Awful service machine took my card and the branch was shut but the staff sat inside I tried to attracted their attention which they ignored. They could at least have answered the door and offered sone assistance. Shocking
