Had excellent support from a worker in customer services kiosk called Mandy Hutchens. She went the extra mile sorting out my more card credit after my card failed to work in store at the time of payment. She was patient and diligent and very responsive to the issue. Big Free Shoppers Car park. The Staff don't seem to be as friendly as they used to be, or as bothered. Not sure if that is a reflection of working conditions or just people in general. I really don't enjoy shopping here and only come as a last resort.
