My wife and I went in. I was looking at some vintage books you have there. I noticed another part of the shop through a wide opening, no door and could see other items. Visited Penzance BHF store on Monday 13.11.2023 around 3.30pm - older female member of staff made a very rude comment about a horrible smell being in the shop and then looked at me, she also was putting coats out which stopped me being able to look at the merchandise - not the friendliest service!
