Poor customer service. No understanding of empathy and cuatomer service. Won't ever shop here again . Shame when its a family run business.

As always, the staff could not be more helpful. Good variety of animal feeds etc. clothing (love their socks), waterproofs and footwear etc etc etc.A really good country store.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Maunder's.First I needed two twelve foot gates and a couple of posts for one of them. I got excellent advice and free delivery.Then when Martin the driver turned up, he helped me immensely by putting both poles into the holes I had prepared, so all I have to do is fill them in and hang... read full comment
