I dont understand when I had a delivery yesterday morning from the postman delivered 1 parcel to me but in the afternoon an attempt was made(we don't usually have deliveries twice a day) at 3.23 and was classed as access inaccessable when it's always accessable gate is not locked its just a loop over the gate post. My parcels arrived on time, considering the on going strikes which are going nowhere!!!!!!Just give up and accept the changes, they're not that harsh.
