It was my first time posting anything and the service was impeccable. This lady with short black hair was kind and patient with the customers before and after me too.5 stars deserved.

The staff in here are experts at telling you why what you want to do, can't be done by them. They were very blunt with some pensioners in the queue ahead of me. They would possibly benefit from some customer service training IMHO.
