The member of staff who served me is rude and quite unhelpful. If I had another local option I would not use this post office.

Returned a package to Amazon. Excellent service at the counter. New exactly what needed doing and did it efficiently and politely.

Patronising and unhelpful. Package supposed to have been delivered to them but not there. When asked what my next step was, was told "I don't know," as if I was a school child.
