Rude staff , they would happily sell me 10 scratch card but they refuse to cash in 3 or 4 if I’m a winner .

Shocking customer service , refused to take my cash due to Debbie saying she has no change in her till . Was very rude and abrupt to me and even shouted. This person needs a lesson in manners .
