Opening hours are unacceptable for working people, plus the letter takes two weeks - failure. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has gone back to the Middle Ages.

What great guys,I had a parcel not delivered needed extra payment and as stacked as they are at this time of year they took the time to talk me right through the procedure.Great service great postman very lucky to have them,

Just called them to see if my parcel has came back, the reply was, not yet but within 30 odd minutes, I said cool I'll be down to get it, they said ok. BUT they could have bloody said that they are closed, wasted a tenner on a taxi. Awful!!!
