I came in yesterday as I was having a nightmare trying to get hold of a prescription that had been sent to the wrong pharmacy. The staff were really helpful and understanding which was much appreciated and helped me locate the medicine I needed. Will definitely be using them again in future.

I have rung on multiple occasions over last 3 weeks, cannot get through, too busy to answer, no lines, even emailed, no reply - a proper shambles. No customer service - been waiting 5 weeks for prescription - absolute farce.
