The customer service from Carole was absolutely excellent she really helped us. We are not really great with technology and sometimes miss out. She helped us install the wickes app and gave great advice which will be invaluable in our current house renovation. So nice to get great customer service in this day and age!

Absolutely shocking lad nan goes here daily to pick a new shower everyday I think she has dementia there is all showers in her household please ban her from wickes
