Very snooty, I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman( you know the scene, if you are over a certain age). I totally believe they racial profile too however they will not admit to it. My mum was made to feel so unwelcomed and small and left feeling quite upset and like she didn’t belong here. I have been 3 times since it reopened and felt the exact same and have heard this from many people. It is the worst customer service I have ever known.
