Came to M&S at Handforth to do some clothes shopping recently and was tended to by very helpful, professional and excellent staff. Oh dear M&S what have you done to your cafe. Press button ordering from a picture. Not user friendly atall for my elderly mum.Lots of student aged staff running around like flies. Despite this drinks arrived 10 mins after food.And I found no way to use cashBack to the drawing board please
