Highly recommend the Halifax bank Wilmslow. A lady called Gosia dealt with all our transactions and queries and couldn’t have been more efficient, friendly, reassuring and professional. A pleasure to come into the branch to deal with our finances.

I’ve been twice in the last week when this place was supposed to be open , only to find it closed with a note saying they were closed until future notice but no explanation. Whilst there , there were four other people all over 80 years of age and some infirm that had had the same problem and for whom it was somewhat problematic... read full comment

This bank has been closed for the last 3 working days. Why do Llloyds bank not update their site. I have wasted my time and money trying to visit the branch. The notice on the door says closed due to an incident but it you go to another branch they say due to improvements
