Really disappointed, I genuinely thought they were amazing and even referred my partner and his family to the use of there services but then my medication hasn’t turned up for two months, and I just can’t seem to get in touch with anyone who knows what to do. Did not receive parcel depsited ordering for next day. 4 days later I contacted customer service only to be told to contact them in a week because its their couriers policy. And until then I just have to go without my medication. Poor

Really unhappy with service. DPD have lost my medication and instead of allowing me to cancel Assured Pharmacy have said I have to wait for an investigation to be carried out and after that then maybe i can cancel and reorder. If you want fast reliable delivery DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
