I would put a zero is i could, staff are rude and would not listen. One was talking to my mum as if ahe was a child , my mum just lost her life partner and was just trying to pay off my dads car.One of the younger staff was kind of racist and asked us to leave as my mum was trying to put her view across.Absolutely disgusting... read full comment
