Went today to get my son school pumps, one woman was very rude, giving orders to my 3 year old and getting irritated as he didn’t know what she was going on about. My son looked terrified. Not helpful in the slightest either, felt like she just wanted us to hurry up and get out. Wants to sort out her customer service... read full comment

The lady who served me couldn’t have been any more helpful. Brilliant member of staff (didn’t catch her name but I’m sure she was Scottish)
