Don’t know if there’s been a change of staff, or staff attitude.Couldn’t fault the staff at all, everyone of the staff where very polite to customers and to those donating.

Not a chance I will ever visit that charity shop after nearly last year over the woman attitude saying “excuse me mask!” When I worn an exemption badge n I don’t go in the shop the way people speak to me like that it makes me angry and she didn’t even apologise and I will get go back there ever again

I can only agree with previous posts regarding the attitude of staff. Went in today about 4 with 2 bags of good quality clothes. There was a staff member by the door talking to a woman by the door. I waited until eventually the woman alerted the staff member to the fact I was waiting. She simply looked at the bags and said...
