I agree with everyone it does frustrate you not everyone can get out to go shops chemist etc people who cant get out relay on them picking phone up but to be ringing all day and just putting phone on engaged then ring then cut of would make anyone more unwell after been ringing all day an putting phone down on you it's... read full comment

Shocking place. Not the staffs fault at all . Its people at the top not employing people & paying a fair wage. ??
