Went to pick my parcel up from here and they have sent it back and told me they no longer to UPS pick up points. i have no information where they have sent it back to and my parcel is now lost

The meanest service I ever received. This woman said paypoint machine is broken JUST FOR ME because I didnt buy anything. It was my first time topping up there, do they expect people to purchase stuff every time they want to top up or send the parcel?
