Went in and asked for a replacement car fob battery. £18+ to fit so I said I would fit myself. The gentleman who wasn’t pleased with me gave me two batteries which were totally unfit for purpose and had probably been used already, not in packaging just loose. Incorrect size to fit my fob and charged me £5. Since buying...
