Waited for 15 minutes for it to open. Someone said they're always late. Eventually I lost my patience and went to the Tesco desk to complain only to be told they won't open till 13.15. They could have put a note up ?

Shelley is amazing here. She helped me send photographs to Romania today, whilst being super kind to my baby and friendly to me, AND keeping super calm with loads to do in a busy post office and with a big queue. I know her name because we picked up one of the customer satisfaction cards for tesco, but now can't find it!... read full comment

I use this post office often, never had any issues and the staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. I must be a likable person ?
