Absolutely diabolical customer service ,I bought a pair of Adidas trainers for my partner for Xmas when he opened them Xmas morning there was 2 left foot trainers in the box!!! Terrible company. I ordered an item from them via secret sales. It was a hooded gilet and when it arrived I tried it on and it fitted and I decided to keep it so removed the label and hung in the wardrobe. Shortly after, when I came to actually wear it, I realised that I couldn't get the hood to sit right. It stuck out... read full comment

Ordered shoes and jeans paid next day delivery only the shoes have turned up absolutely livid after paying £177 fuming isn't the word now can't get hold of them until Monday!
