Normally great here but since removing some seating from this very busy costa in Next, it’s not easy to get a seat. There’s several seats in the outside area but this was LOCKED!! I waited long time for coffee. Staffs leaf the tables very dirty as the mess left by customers were not cleared at all.

3rd in q, 15 min wait, 7 in q behind, was told no coffee for next 10 min something broken, gent returned with empty t pot that should have been full, all empty tables full of dirty crockery. Disgusting.
