Got some goods from these guys. Nice people okay prices just one thing power lead was missing but will go back tomorrow to get it sorted.

Returned a faulty mobile phone (overheating) after a little over a month of use.Upon returning to the shop I was advised by staff of a no-cash refunds policy and in-store credit-only can be given, this was despite a member of staff evidencing the overheating faulty handset. This "refund policy" is no where to be displayed...
