This store was never the best but it’s really gone downhill recently. Lack of stock especially fruit and veg. Their scan and shop is always crashing so you end up having to scan the items again. Customer service desk has no staff so you have to go to the cigarette/lottery kiosk. Awful store. Oh and all their trolleys... read full comment

I was in store today with way son who is non verbal ASD. He takes his snake Teddy everywhere and recently also a small keyring with a plush pony. He dropped “pony” and as any mum with an autistic child can imagine, the meltdown started to build. We unfortunately couldn’t find pony but I would like to praise the ladies... read full comment
