Tried to make a complaint multiple times about my experience with customer service (on the phone) and was told I would have a call back in 48 hours. No response and it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve tried calling multiple times and they just hang up on me and web chat just gets cut off. It now says my order isn’t recognised.... read full comment

The manager there was very racist and told me that my son was embarrassed of me and he kept on saying I act like a child just because I wanted to refund my items and then every time I asked him to stay and listen he just pretended to be busy and kept on ignoring me .
