Fran provided me with excellent customer service today, she was very attentive and pleasant towards myself and other customers. Although she doesn’t specialise in working on the till, she did a splendid job in serving me my sausage butty- made by the lovely Alison.Thanks guys x

We sat by a window looking over the water hoping to see the Kingfisher that lives here. While waiting I enjoyed a delicious, warm scone. Excellent staff too.

The staff are excellent, particularly the lady with blonde curly hair. Only yesterday did she provide me with help and excellent service. It's a shame not all customers treat the staff with dignity and respect. A very obnoxious person in front of me treated her very badly, thought it was their right to do so!
