It's a nice place, but it's got expensive. That would be fine, but the new sign at the till has put me off and feels needlessly hostile to people who wouldn't ask for a discount.

The volunteers here are so friendly and helpful. The shop is well laid out and your almost always guaranteed to spot a bargain.
