I visited the pharmacy with my children yesterday (late afternoon) after speaking with our GP who sent a referral for my daughter to to be assessed for a possible ear infection. I swear to god this pharmacy needs a slap!! It has to be the worst in Runcorn…avoid well pharmacy grangeway…been ringing since half 1 this afternoon…62 bloody phone calls and only just after reading reviews I’ve realised they’ve taken the phone off the hook or on silent!! The staff are useless !!!it’s pointless ringing as the phone is on silent in the store so they can easily ignore it so don’t waste your time and if you do turn up they tell you the prescription isn’t readyThe staff are too busy in the back having personal conversation to help people, disgraceful
