The pharmacy made an error and caused me to be sent a penalty charge notice. Staff error and it was a cancelled prescription they ticked as collected and on benefits when I am.not and never have been on benefits or had that prescription as was cancelled by my doctor. Had to go in to be made to feel like I had forgotten... read full comment
