The pharmacy made an error and caused me to be sent a penalty charge notice. Staff error and it was a cancelled prescription they ticked as collected and on benefits when I am.not and never have been on benefits or had that prescription as was cancelled by my doctor. Came in on saturday and was amazed with the service! I think her name is Louisa ! She was so helpful and down to earth she helped me find everything I needed. Really friendly woman will definitely be returning! Thank you, you made my day
