One particular staff member is extremely unhelpful and terrible and doesn’t even know her job (e.g. what items are prohibited or how many stamps are needed). Absolutely terrible experience, will not be coming there and will use another post office.

Would give zero stars if I could. Lady working there could not be more unhelpful if she tried, spent 15 mins faffing about back and forth giving misleading instructions, asking to pop envelope on scales twice, in the end I couldn’t send my letter as she didn’t tell me in the beginning that they’re behind the times...

Could not ask for better staff tbh always chatty and have banter ladyvwith blonde hair is always a laught. Pitty all the narrow minded people think it's there fault what's happened in the past before you judge look into facts
