Food was let down by ordering a large meal and the gravy tub was near empty kind of pointless upgrade

Staff shouting at each other, found pieces of hair in my chicken. Also when I opened the bag it looked liked they grabbed the chips and chucked them in. They was all over the bag and gravy was half filled. Shocking service, they shouted my number and I said thank you, no bye no thanks for your order. I just got stared... read full comment

came at 9pm today, the staff were a laugh and made us feel so welcome, especially the girl on til, made an extra effort to make rice boxes for us even though it was late which we really appreciated. the food itself though was really underwhelming :( chicken was so dry and looked like it had been double fried because of... read full comment
