There food and sandwiches are nice but I wouldn’t really say it’s the best store only because the staff aren’t really helpful and the staff should start using there manners more often

Never usually review shops but after yet more poor customer service I thought I would leave a review. I had to use one of the self service check outs and needed to press the help button as an item had not registered. The store assistant came over, didn’t look at me, didn’t speak to me, sorted the issue quickly enough... read full comment

Nice store, but awful service—Unhelpful ! I had an issue with the self service checkout and no one came to help me I was stood there like a fool waiting looking like an idiot no one came to help in the end I said sod it and left without my items! Won’t go back. Felt humiliated.
