I had an eBay parcel delivered to this garage, the parcel was signed for by a member of staff on 15th December. I have been 3 times to collect it but just kept getting fobbed off. Why do they do Yodel there, it’s obviously pretty clear that they don’t want to do it. They make you wait whilst they serve other people behind you, they have attitude like you’re doing something wrong when you pick up or drop off a parcel and even if you get a notification that your parcel is there, they say you... read full comment
