Some of the staff were lovely and helpful, others need a serious attitude adjustment. It was close to closing and every 30 seconds you could hear them on the radio trying to hurry people along. Today( 21 Nov 2023) I tried to return a product purchased from this store in Northwich, and the manager in the store refused to give a refund claiming that I washed the product..The product was not washed and hence I wanted get a refund as it was within 28 days of purchase.
