Placed a click and collect order to be told it was ready at store. Arrived at the store and the sales assistant told me it had been lost, then that it was never found, and then that it had been refunded? I then asked when I should expect the money to be refunded to my account and they told me “In a couple weeks probs”.... read full comment

Lovely young man in training served me today. He was very polite and processed my refund with a smile, keep it up I think you will make a great Next team member. (Name Dixon on the receipt) from the lady who returned the black trousers.
