Called Saturday only to find bank closed, my fault. Called Thursday 27th Aug 10:05am, only to be asked through a glass window what I wanted. (Change account name). Reply. Get in touch with main office, number on back of card. Eventually got through to main office, because sort code began with 77, I am informed I need to... read full comment
