Been trying to close my account for almost 2years since new phone app failed to transfer over now. I had a e mail to tell me they want me fill in account closure form which will not download or print what a total waste of time and effort by hsbc local branch has now closed you are unbelievable

Pointless and worst bank going. Left it until the day before to tell me the appointment I struggled to make anyway wasn’t happening. Just a whole disappointment. Save yourself and go with Santander instead
