The service was terrible the lady at the front counter was quite rude. The food was the worst I've had in the last 3 years since changing into my new job. Everything is great at Charlie's apart from the cappuccinos. It tastes like regular filter coffee which I do not like. This is the second time I have had this awful coffee. I won't come again because I am addicted to cappuccinos. It's a shame because Charlie's is great apart from that.
