I called into my local Boots because I have an eye infection. Sophie dealt with my request promptly, and liaised with the optician. Took my 4 year old to collect his glasses today. The staff were really impatient with him and kept taking the glasses away everytime it was just me and my son left at the desk which I didn't understand. I wasnt going to run off with them. My advice if you have children take them to specsavers not here!

Have been with Boots Opticians for many years, but their customer service has declined further and further. Why they're not capable of answering the phone is beyond me. It's absolutely infuriating. Will no longer be using them.
