What can I say always staff are unhelpful, ignore you and make you feel like they are doing you a favour by serving you. Manageress is so rude and off hand, I prefer to take my money elsewhere

Staff are incredibly unhelpful -if you dont have signal they dont help you at all -Management should intervene to help customers .Staff dont care at all

I have to say that this store always finds new ways to go down in quality. Try to order online and their is an issue so go down to the store. As the item was unavailable in store they wouldn't allow me to order it for in store pick-up tomorrow instructing me to order online.
