Office open telephoned 32 times but no one answered the call. Just cut off all the time. Only wanted to ask when a delivery van would be back because I missed a delivery I didn't expect!!!!

I am still receiving Christmas Cards which is a disgraceful service at this time of year therefore postmen have lost any support from me and when ordering online due to their unreliability I will give preference to firms not employing Royal Mail.
