Today at 12 i went to return a dehumidifier where the lady said i have 45 days to return the item where on the site it clearly states its 12 months the workers need to be educated on time periods of returns

We had a problem with a dishwasher which was successfully sorted by a lovely manager called Paula, also another lady when Paula finished for the day, it was so close to Christmas and we are so grateful for their assistance ?
