We had a problem with a dishwasher which was successfully sorted by a lovely manager called Paula, also another lady when Paula finished for the day, it was so close to Christmas and we are so grateful for their assistance ?

They lost a parcel I'd had delivered there and the manager was absolutely the least helpful person I've encountered in that role, she made me talk to eBay to sort it out, I assume because she is incompetent and unable to solve the problem, argumentative, condescending, and basically rude and with no customer service skills,... read full comment
