During my recent visit to the store to inquire about resoling my Clarks Desert Boots, I had an underwhelming experience. It seemed as if the store was not particularly interested in providing a service. The staff member on duty appeared distracted, casually throwing around cobbler jargon without much focus on my request....

One small watch battery £5!!!, I knew I could buy them for less than £1-50 each , I bought a pack of 2 online for £1-99 and they were Swiss made.
