The service was shocking, no agent even bothered to get back to me. This might have been been up the (male) agent whom I spoke with as he showed no interest of even wanting to listen or be helpful . This was just over a year ago and now looking to book next trip but will not be contacting Hays Nantwich

I came to them to look at going abroad in 2024 I thought they could go through packages with me but they said no they will email me - i gave my email address and checked it was right. 2 weeks later still no email (junk, deleted and spam folders checked).
